Meditation for Earth Week
Listen to the words of this meditation as we enter Earth Week – a time to honor, heal, and celebrate our Mother Earth. Conscious breathing roots us down to the Earth, the place from which we have all come from, and grounds us. To connect with our innermost spiritual selves is to connect from the organic parts of the world we have in our veins, in our breath, in our skin, bones, muscles, and hair. Continue to care for our planet, not just through the act of caring for Mother Earth alone, but by taking care of your own soul, body, and mind. Be still, and Breathe Love!
