Dhyana by Śhakra Jewel 💎 & Carlos Carty

Introducing “Dhyana”, from the album, “In The Light of Jewels.”

The track “Dhyana” explores love and forgiveness through the awakening of the ninth chakra, the Spirit Star. This chakra connects us with the Divine, and when activated, is the door that we can step through to realize our destiny. As the track opens we are welcomed with the sounds of water trickling, birds and frogs singing, and waves tumbling onto the sandy shore. The angelic sound of our guide’s voice reaches our ears as if traveling from the heavens. She sings “Agape,” which is the Greek word for the highest form of love. Agape means transcendent love; the fatherly love of God for us and also our love for God. With her angelic tones our guide beckons us to journey into this Agape love. Our guide joins with a male voice and they speak, “Aloha,” further welcoming and inviting us to absorb the gift of her meditation. Aloha translates as, “Breathing is life.” The clear, loving voice of our guide speaks to us with wisdom…

“Beloved Creator, Mother Earth, as I am,

To my family, my relatives, and ancestors

Forgive us with thoughts, words, actions,

From the beginning of our creation to the present

We ask your forgiveness”

The male and female voices join together once again in the spirit of gratitude, speaking, “Mahalo” which means, “Thank you very much.” We are now greeted with the strong male voice chanting “Ra Ma Da Sa Sa Se So Hung”. This ancient Sanskrit mantra connects with the sun, moon, earth, and the divine to bring deep healing. The clear voice resonates as the chant opens our hearts to receive love and healing.

As we enter into the powerful Ho’oponopono prayer our guide returns and with her clear voice, she speaks the prayer. She is teaching us with her first recitations and the words fill our senses. As her voice drops to a whisper, we are struck with her vulnerability and humility which pierces the soul. Each whisper of the Ho’oponopono reaches the mind, the body, and the spirit.

“I’m sorry

Please forgive me

Thank you

I love you”

This prayer is part of the ancient Hawaiian healing tradition. This tradition aligns the body, mind, heart, and spirit to the divine. At the center of this alignment we find prayer. The Ho’oponopono is used to bring healing, reconciliation, and forgiveness.

“When we cling to our hurts we place a greater burden on our souls. When we seek forgiveness and offer forgiveness we find peace because the burden is lifted from our heart. We must be a bit vulnerable and humble to each other for reconciliation….Love, forgive, and show mercy. if we seek mercy and love for ourselves, we must show mercy and love to others.” (Father Spyridon)

Our guide’s voice exemplifies the vulnerability and humility necessary for reconciliation and Agape love. The male voice returns, singing the Ho’oponopono. The melody is elegant and fitting. His voice is genuine and heartfelt as the powerful words of the prayer are repeated. As his voice drops into softer tones it is filled with a vulnerable emotion that we can all connect with. We are left feeling full of Agape love, brimming with emotion and understanding of the power of forgiveness.

Next, we are treated to the beautiful gift of the Spanish song, “Hologram.” Building on the themes of love and forgiveness, “Hologram” invites us to reflect on the different layers of reality and illusion in life as well as the cycles in the natural world, which we are all connected to.

The lilting melody and beautiful arrangement of flute and ukulele envelops us with the emotions of life…

“May you be well

With the cycles that come and go

The infinite impulses

The instincts, the emotions, and desires

The diluted flavors

Inside a single tear”

We feel connected to the cycles of nature, part of something greater than ourselves. All that we experience, and feel, all the nuances and shades of our experiences come and go like the seasons and the leaves on the trees. The constant is the Agape love we receive from our creator and that is flickering within those that we love.

“It is time for me to go

Where the dreams transform in destiny

I shake because of the loneliness

But I hold you in my heartbeat that guides me

To new paths…”

Wherever life leads us, whatever paths we find ourselves on, we hold each other in our hearts.

Please join us on the healing journey of love, forgiveness, and healing with “Dhyana,” from the album, “In the Light of Jewels.”

Namaste,
