Healy Device & Bioenergetic Practicioner

Healy is a micro-current medical device that has been cleared by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for relief of acute, chronic, and arthritis pain and muscle soreness due to overexertion. Healy also has non-medical applications that use individualized frequencies to help balance your mind and body and relieve stress.

Hypnotherapy

Whether you are struggling with addiction, depression, low self esteem, or anything in between, hypnotherapy can greatly benefit your mental and emotional healing.

Ayurvedic Doula

I am a practicing doula for prenatal and postpartum care as well as end of life transitions.  I incorporate ayurvedic practices to bring balance to your mental, physical, and spiritual processes throughout our work together.

Soundbath Artist

I use my intuitive guided meditation and singing voice, crystal sound bowls, crystal Harp with frequencies aligned to each chakra, percussion, and a gong aligned with the solar plexus chakra, which governs personal power. Once we start to really focus our energy on our chakras, this space, our personal power, everything else flows. I also use native drum, rainstick, kochi chimes attuned to a frequency of sound called the love frequency. The love frequency is what we call a miracle note, meaning it works as a reset button for the mind, body and soul. 

Reiki & Meditation

I offer reiki sessions by appointment, as well as certification classes for aspiring reiki practitioners.  Meditation classes are currently available via Zoom and can be scheduled for groups or individuals.

Trauma Therapy

Targeted treatment for dysfunction caused by underlying trauma from childhood, family of origin, past relationships, narcissistic abuse and PTSD.  Available online.
